Liang's Kitchen has closed, leaving a gap on 70th Road. It's not surprising that with two other Asian cuisine outlets just feet away, Liang's struggled to keep a foothold.
So what should replace Liang's on Restaurant Row?
Should it be another eatery to keep the road's vibe intact? Or should another kind of business get a shot?
Given my constant clamoring for more places in the area with WiFi, regular readers will not be surprised to discover that I'd like another coffee shop.
