A new Mediterranean eatery known as The Grill made its debut at the former Liang’s site in Forest Hills on Wednesday.
Oleg Kaz, the restaurant’s owner, said that the eatery offers a variety of kebabs, including beef, lamb, chicken and seafood.
“The concept is that everything is marinated and grilled on skewers,” he said. “It’s a very healthy concept.”
The Grill, located at 107-12 70th Road, will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Aside from skewers, other menu items include a Seafood Extravaganza, Chicken Tabaka, Red Snapper, scallops, salads, soups, a raw bar, appetizers and desserts.
