Forest Hills: Your Lowest Gas Prices

Every Monday morning, we'll help you find the lowest gas prices in the area. You might have to travel a mile or two, but it's worth it to make sure you fill up your tank for as little as possible.

This week, there are a lot of different places to go to get the lowest gas prices in town.

Gas prices this week are still holding steady after a big jump last month, in the $3 range for almost any gallon of gas you can find in the area.

For the lowest price on regular-grade gasoline, be sure to hit the Gulf station just over the border in Rego Park at 91-01 Metropolitan Ave. Gas there is selling for just $2.979 per gallon.

For the lowest price on plus-grade gasoline, be sure to hit the Steven Scott  station at 100-16 Metropolitan Ave. Plus there is also a mere $2.979 per gallon.

For the cheapest price on premium gasoline, head to 118-11 Atlantic Ave. in Richmond Hill. Premium at the Gulf station there is just $3.199 per gallon.
