Forest Hills Craft Store Listed in Poll of the City's Best

A Forest Hills craft store is listed among five choices in a poll on the best craft spots in the city in Time Out New York's Kids Best of 2013.
Oliloli Arts and Crafts Studio, located at 103-23 Metropolitan Ave., is one of five craft stores in the five boroughs on which voters can pick in a poll of the city's best.
The store offers a variety of classes, workshops and events, such as ceramic pottery painting and fusing glass into jewelry.
In the poll, Time Out lists Oliloli for its "festive" birthday parties for children, during which kids can steam their own choice of music through the studio's sound system, take part in ceramics or painting workshops and receive a gift at the end of the celebration.
Other craft stores listed in the poll include the Upper East Side's The Craft Studio, Park Slope's Hiho Batik, Upper West Side's Make Meaning and the citywide Painted Pot Camps.
