Weekend Weather: Relief

After Hurricane Sandy, nothing we can't handle.

After the devastating impact of Hurricane Sandy, New York City residents are desperate for an uneventful weekend on the weather front.

Fortunately, aside from some chilly temperatures, things don't look so bad this weekend.

Friday: Mostly cloudy during the day with some light showers possible in the early afternoon, with temperatures in the mid-50's. Overnight it will be chilly and clear with a light breeze.

Saturday: Clear skies and a high near 51. Some more wind gusts, but nothing the city can't handle. 

Sunday: Sunny with a high in the mid-50's, and a clear night with slightly lower temperatures.
