I am not at all surprised about Halloran. Every time I called or e-mailed his office about what I thought was building fraud going on in the neighborhood, he did NOTHING! I gave up calling him about "anything" be it dangerous trees, need for traffic signals etc. It is funny, he accused Mr. Kim who ran for City Council against him of being associated with developers in the neighborhood, while HE did Nothing about the over development of once nice residential neighborhoods. I hope they throw the book at him!!
