Marshall's Last State of the Borough

Borough President gives last address on status of Queens.

This past week, Borough President Helen Marshall delivered her last State of the Borough address.

In 2014, the address will be given by a new BP, possibly former Forest Hills City Councilwoman Melinda Katz.

Marshall was joined by a long list of Queens and citywide officials.
