Grab & Go Kids Planner: Art And Nature!

Check out some of the best kids activities going on around town this weekend.

Join the MillionTreesNYC Street Care Workshop at the Queens Botanical Garden.  With over 400,000 new trees in NYC, they each need a little tender loving care from their community.  This free workshop with will teach you how to help improve the life of a street tree right in your own neighborhood.  Learn to make your own compost and receive a free watering kit and volunteer card when you make the pledge to adopt and care for a tree on your own street.  Register at milliontreesnyc@queensbotanicalgarden.com.  Sunday, March 20th, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.  For more information visit Tree Workshop. 43-50 Main Street, Flushing.

For the little musician in your life, check out Classic Hits for Kids: Meet the Composer at the Kupferberg Center.  Recommended for kids ages 6 - 12, the Center will unveil this years surprise composer and will hear selected works of from the worlds greatest classical superstar.  Saturday, March 19, 3 p.m.  For more information visit Classic Hits for Kids.  65-30 Kissena Blvd.
