This week's craigslist find is a stack of books about the Land of the Rising Sun. It's only $10 for the lot of them, so bargain hunters rejoice.

  • "Myths and Legends of Japan" by F. Hadland Davis
  • "Botchan" by Natsume Soseki (J. Cohn version)
  • "The Tale of Genji" by Murasaki Shikibu (Edward G. Seidensticker version)

Just reading those titles is making me want to watch a Kurosawa movie.
