This week's "For Sale in Forest Hills" features a fun first: a full-on, honest-to-God, actual pharmacy with fully stocked shelves and a lease through 2020. 

According to the listing, the pharmacy is located on Austin Street near Ascan Avenue.

The seller is asking $65,000 for the shop, which includes "an Asset Sale[sic] and includes rx/patient records & files, fixtures, equipment, computer hardware, leasehold improvements, and goodwill."

Not totally sure what goodwill represents in this context, perhaps a reader can enlighten me.

The current lease is $3,300 per month, with a $100 annual increase through the end of 2020. 

The poster of the craigslist ad did not respond to a request for comment.
