Do You Have Experience With Door-to-Door Scams?

At this week's Precinct Council meeting, the cops of the month were rewarded for their vigilance in tracking down some notorious scam artists who had been operating throughout the Five Boroughs and Nassau County. 

Residents at the meeting had stories about other scammers in the neighborhood, both door-to-door and over the phone.
