An upgrade to the water supply system along Austin Street will limit parking today.
The city's Department of Environmental Protection is performing maintenance and repairs on Austin Street near 71st Road.
A number of parking spaces near the intersection will be unavailable this afternoon.
Additionally, the DEC has shut off water for businesses near the intersection for several hours to allow for maintenance.
