Broadway actor Scott Klavan will lead the class, which costs $8 for members and $10 for non-members.

This evening, L.A. Blacksmith and Jazz Plus will play the first of two Jazz Thursday concerts this month sponsored by the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce.

The show will begin at 7 p.m. at 70th Avenue between Austin Street and Queens Boulevard.

Stacia Hobdy, who recently released her gospel album debut, “Keep it Movin,’” will also perform during the concert.
