No Administration, Sanitation Officials At Friday Hearing

"Too bad, there's not going to be anybody – the mayor thinks it's enough already — and there's not going to be anybody from the department of sanitation," Koslowitz said. "I urge anybody that had a problem, and who was afraid, to come to the hearings and vent."
